WHAT MAKES ORANGE FOX PHOTOGRAPHY DIFFERENT THAN OTHER SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHERS?

Heather and Leann have each owned and run their independent Children & Family Photography Companies for a combined 20 years! What does this mean to you? It means that you are getting photographers who are not only skilled in their craft but who also have LOADS of experience with all different ages and temperaments of children. On top of that, we both truly love interacting with children and are passionate about what we do. Our service is personal and professional. Unlike large, corporate photography operations we take on select schools so that we can provide superior customer service and artistic images.

We simply aim to capture the real smiles and expressions of children. No awkward poses or faces, just the authentic child. The results are genuine and timeless portraits that are far from the traditional cheesy photos we have become accustomed to with bright flashes and unflattering, busy backgrounds.  We provide a light and fun experience for your children and take pride in providing an environment where the kids can relax, be themselves and have fun!

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We are a completely online operation. Families are linked to password-protected online ordering galleries. Each child will be provided up to 6-10 images.  The family may chose the photos they want printed, as opposed to having a pose chosen for them. We also provide digital images for future printing and archiving.  A detailed PDF describing all ordering procedures will be provided to each school to be distributed to families once galleries are ready for viewing and ordering.

Prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the parents or parents can choose to have them delivered to the school. 

We provide all equipment and personnel needed for photo day.

We handle all questions from parents and families about ordering and products.

HOW MANY STUDENTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE? 

We have provided this service to schools as small as 30 to as large as 300.

ARE THESE IMAGES EXPENSIVE?

WHAT TIME OF YEAR DO YOU CONDUCT THESE FINE ART SCHOOL PHOTO SHOOTS?

We work with each individual school to schedule shoots any time during the academic year however September-November is our Fall School Portrait Season and March-May is our Spring School Portrait Season.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE ORANGE FOX PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MY SCHOOL?

We are happy to come and view your school and available rooms prior to booking to ensure adequate space and lighting. Since we use only natural light for our photos, the schools we are at must have an indoor room available from 8am-1pm with windows that provide enough natural light for photos. This can be a School Age Room that is not being used during the day or can be a room that is actively being used if there is enough room for Orange Fox to set up. We typically book our schools 3 months ahead in the Spring and 6 months ahead of time for Fall but don’t hesitate to contact us for availability if it is beyond this time frame.
